After successful application, a Single Upfront Guarantee Fee will be charged. This Guarantee Fee is subject to the credit limit, bank interest rate, and guarantee scope determined from time to time. ^{^^}The maximum loan amount per borrower for the “80% Guarantee Product” under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (SFGS) is HKD18,000,000 (at any point of time,including credit Facilities guaranteed under the 80% and 90% Guarantee Products ). This amount includes any financed Single Upfront Guarantee Fee for any Facility(ies) to a Borrower, its Subsidiaries and/or its Related Entities covered by one or more qualifying guarantees issued under the Scheme.

^**The maximum guarantee period for “80% Guarantee Product” is 7 years; the maximum guarantee period for “90% Guarantee Product” is 5 years.
